Dear Barry,

We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new Creekside Home in Evergreen Hills.  It is beautiful inside and out!  Best of all was the enjoyable experience of dealing with Israel Hern and Jeanna and Billy Groome.

The Groomes listed our previous home (also built by Creekside) which easilty sold in 18 days.  Then Jeanna and Israel help us with obtaining and customizing a floor plan.  Construction begain quickly in mid-November.  Israel kept us in the loop with every step of the process.  Israel, Billy, & Jeanna were always cheerfully available anytime we had a question and offered many good suggestions.

Remarkably, our home was completed over a month ahead of schedule and we closed on February 9, 2007.  Our Creekside Home is of exceptional quality, largely due to Israel's diligent supervision and the great team at Creekside Homes as well as Groome & Co.  We are happy to be repeat customers and gladly recommend Creekside Homes.
